Timing

Try this....hanging out in no space, with no place to go.
This evening a calm descended as i was sitting on my bean bag, brought on by watching a you tube video on aloneness by Adyashanti.
Peace, deep peace came as the mind let go into conscious awareness and bliss.

Its so interesting that after a day training in Microsoft
Outlook: multitasking on calls to an architect and my
sister about my wedding in ten days- suddenly- I dropped 'in'.

But the real point I want to make tonight, is that I awoke after falling asleep at 8pm to a restless barrage of
Thoughts and worries and then, after watching tv to distract myself, out came the tears.

Support is found everywhere. And yet, sometimes we miss it.

Aloneness can be blissful. Or victim inducing.

Time can exist and be used, or entered lovingly.
